Real physiological data
between visit and visit.

MyEliteHealth gives cardiologists, sports medicine physicians and physiotherapists a continuous window into their patients' physiology — with validated algorithms, FHIR R4 export and AI-generated SOAP notes. A complement to clinical judgement, never a substitute.

Three levels of
clinical and scientific backing.

👨‍⚕️

Clinical team

Dr. Carlos Escobar Cervantes, cardiologist at Hospital Universitario La Paz and President of Clinical Cardiology at the SEC, with over 450 articles published, is CSO and co-leads the algorithmic design of the platform.

SEC · La Paz
🏛️

Institutional backing

Spain's National Sports Council (Ministry of Education) has given its agreement to clinically validate the platform in real athletes, under the direction of the Cardiology Unit at the Sports Medicine Centre.

📑

Peer-reviewed algorithms

Each of the 50 modules is backed by published scientific literature: NEJM Apple Heart Study 2019, Stanford Sleep Medicine, ACC/AHA Guidelines, Framingham, Gabbett 2016, Levine 2018 — among others.

What it adds to
your practice.

It does not attempt to replace the consultation. It enhances it by providing objective longitudinal data — what the patient does 99% of the time outside your office.

📝

Automated SOAP notes

The app generates SOAP structure (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) with AI from the data collected. The patient can share the full report before the consultation.

🔄

FHIR R4 export

International standard for healthcare interoperability. Structured data can be integrated into any modern electronic health record compatible with FHIR.

📊

Population percentiles

Key metrics (VO₂ Max, HRV, biological age, resting heart rate) contextualised with percentiles by age and sex. Clinical interpretation is simplified when the data has a comparative framework.

❤️

AFib screening (IRNF)

Atrial fibrillation detection with 98.3% sensitivity based on the Apple Heart Study (NEJM 2019). A useful complement to 24-48h Holter monitoring: continuous monitoring over months.

🧮

10-year CV risk

Framingham / ACC-AHA 2019 estimate with 6 factors collected automatically. Cardiac age calculated. Useful for preventive consultation and follow-up in hypertensive / dyslipidaemic patients.

📈

Spectral HRV (LF/HF)

Complete autonomic balance analysis according to Task Force 1996. Beyond the HRV average that Apple Health provides, useful for assessing therapy response, burnout, chronic stress.

🧬

Biological age

Levine 2018 calculation from HRV, resting heart rate, VO₂ Max and sleep quality. A motivational tool for patients in primary prevention — it quantifies the impact of lifestyle.

🌡️

Presymptomatic decline

Detection of physiological changes up to 9 days before symptom onset (Mishra 2020, Stanford). Alerts the patient — and their doctor if authorised — in advance.

Three scenarios
with real added value.

🫀

Preventive cardiology

Patient with controlled hypertension between six-monthly check-ups. The app continuously monitors resting heart rate, HRV, training load and sleep. Between visits the patient sees their monthly cardiac age; you receive a SOAP report with 90-day trends.

🏃‍♂️

Sports medicine

Amateur athlete with annual medical assessment. Between check-ups, the app calculates ACWR (acute:chronic workload ratio) and alerts when injury risk is elevated. The clinician can objectively prescribe load and recovery.

🧘

Functional medicine / burnout

Patient with non-specific chronic fatigue. Spectral HRV LF/HF analysis provides objective metrics of sympathetic-parasympathetic autonomic tone — complementary to the clinical interview and useful for longitudinal follow-up.

⚠️

What MyEliteHealth is NOT

MyEliteHealth is not a medical diagnostic device and does not have CE marking as such. It is a physiological monitoring and analysis application based on data collected by Apple Watch via HealthKit. The algorithms are supported by peer-reviewed scientific literature and validated in collaboration with Dr. Escobar and the CSD, but any alert or metric must be interpreted in clinical context by a qualified professional.

The app complements information available during consultation by providing objective longitudinal data from the 99% of time the patient is outside your office. It does not replace clinical judgement, physical examination, indicated diagnostic tests, or differential diagnosis.

What you might be wondering.

How is it different from Apple Health? +
Apple Health stores isolated physiological data. MyEliteHealth reads them via HealthKit and applies scientific analyses that Apple does not perform: spectral HRV, ACWR, Banister Model, Levine biological age, Framingham cardiovascular risk. It turns raw numbers into clinically interpretable information.
Can I receive reports directly, without installing anything? +
Yes. The patient generates the report from their app (SOAP notes + relevant data) and sends it to you by email, WhatsApp or exports it as PDF/FHIR R4. You do not need to install anything. For structured longitudinal access, Medical Mode allows the patient to authorise continuous visibility via QR.
Is Apple Watch AFib detection reliable? +
The Apple Heart Study (NEJM 2019) established a sensitivity of 98.3% and a positive predictive value of 71% for AFib in the general population. MyEliteHealth adds trend analysis and contextualises findings. Any positive detection still requires confirmation by Holter monitoring or 12-lead ECG — the app states this explicitly.
What if the patient takes beta-blockers or antiarrhythmics? +
The patient can indicate in their profile what cardiovascular medication they take. The system adapts reference ranges and alerts to their real pattern (Personal Biometric Signature with 30 days of data), avoiding false positives. The Banister Model may require manual recalibration; AFib screening is flagged as not recommended in already diagnosed arrhythmias. MyEliteHealth does not modify or recommend medication dosages: any pharmacological adjustment is the exclusive responsibility of the doctor treating the patient.
Do my data or my patient's data leave the device? +
No. MyEliteHealth processes 100% of the data on-device (iPhone + Apple Watch). No backend, no servers, no cloud. Reports shared with you are actively sent by the patient — you receive only what the patient decides to share, nothing more. GDPR-compliant by architectural design.
Does it have CE marking or certification as a medical device? +
No. MyEliteHealth is a physiological monitoring application, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat pathologies. The algorithms are scientifically validated but the app is classified as health & fitness in the App Store, not as a medical device. The CSD has given its agreement for the clinical validation study; any update regarding future certification will be communicated on the website.
Is there any cost for the patient or for me? +
None. The app is completely free for the patient (no subscription, no in-app purchases, no ads) and Medical Mode is free for healthcare professionals who activate it. Our business model does not depend on the end user.

Try it with one patient.

Ask a patient with Apple Watch to download MyEliteHealth, activate Medical Mode, and share their first report with you. You will see data you do not have today.
