Four profiles. Same algorithms.

🏃

Personal trainer

2-20 clients. Individual follow-up between sessions. Overload alerts before injury. Objective measurement of prescribed loads.

Strength and conditioning coach

Full team with Apple Watch. Single dashboard. Individual ACWR alerts. Group decisions based on data, not intuition.

🏋️

CrossFit / box coach

Tracking cumulative load in athletes training 5-6 days/week. Overtraining prevention in demanding amateurs.

🏊

Triathlon / endurance

Sports with high multimodal load. Banister Model τ₁=45d / τ₂=15d. Fitness prediction to plan performance peaks.

Five minutes
every morning.

1

Review the dashboard

You open the app on your iPhone. You see a list of athletes with Readiness traffic light, active ACWR alerts, and latest activity.

2

Identify alerts

Athletes with ACWR >1.5 appear marked in red (injury risk). Those with Readiness <60 in amber (fatigue). You prioritise conversations.

3

Adjust the training

For those flagged, you modify the day's session: recovery, technique, easy aerobic. The decision remains yours, the app only provides the data.

4

Team AI Coach

Ask in natural language: "Who is overloaded this week?" or "HRV comparison over the last 14 days?". Instant response.

Compared to established
professional software.

Traditional professional sports analysis software: excellent but expensive, with proprietary hardware and dedicated IT staff. MyEliteHealth delivers much of that analytical value at no cost, on the coach's iPhone and Apple Watch.

* Features based on each company's public documentation. Product names and trademarks are property of their respective owners. Professional software like Catapult excels in GPS-based sports (rugby, football, hockey). MyEliteHealth does not compete in that niche: it is aimed at coaches who need physiological analysis and training load without enterprise-level cost or complexity barriers.

What Coach Mode
gives you every day.

Daily Readiness Score

0-100 per athlete. Combines HRV, resting heart rate, sleep quality and training load. Instant decision: train, adapt or rest.

📈

ACWR (Gabbett 2016)

Acute (7d) / chronic (28d) workload ratio. Optimal zone 0.8-1.3. Automatic alert when >1.5. Scientific basis: ratio ≥1.5 associated with 1.5× injury risk.

🧮

Banister Model VDR

Fitness prediction with τ₁ fatigue=15d and τ₂ fitness=45d. Extended Busso 2003. Tapering planning for competition.

💓

Personal HRV baseline

Each athlete learns their own pattern in 30 days. An HRV of 55 ms may be alarming for athlete A; optimal for athlete B. Individual Z-scores.

🌙

Sleep debt

Cumulative tracking of sleep deficit vs personal target. Correlated with performance drops and overload.

🤖

Team AI Coach

Ask in natural language about your dashboard. "Who is in the red zone?", "Compare A vs B this week?", "Recommendation for Smith today?". Powered by LLaMA 3.3 on-device.

Granular consent

The athlete decides what to share with you: everything, only key metrics, or only critical alerts. Automatic GDPR compliance.

What you probably want to know.

How many athletes can I monitor? +
No technical limit. From 1 athlete (your personal client) up to a full team of 50+ players. App performance does not degrade because all processing happens on each athlete's device — you only receive aggregated data.
Does the athlete need anything special beyond the Apple Watch? +
No. Apple Watch Series 6 or later + iPhone with iOS 16 or higher. The athlete downloads the app, activates it in Athlete Mode and authorises you (their coach) via QR or email. No additional hardware, no extra devices, no technical setup.
Is ACWR reliable with Apple Watch data? +
ACWR is calculated from training load (duration × intensity), which Apple Watch measures accurately. The Gabbett 2016 formula is the same used by professional teams. The difference vs Catapult is that they add GPS distance from a vest, more relevant in football/rugby. For individual training (running, gym, crossfit), Apple Watch provides equivalent data.
How do I manage athlete privacy? +
The athlete controls what you can see. From their app they choose: all data, only key metrics, only critical alerts. They can revoke permissions at any time. You never see private medical data (sexuality, cycles, etc.) unless the athlete shares them explicitly. GDPR-compliant by design.
Does it work if the athlete takes supplements or medication? +
The athlete can register their stack (creatine, caffeine, etc.) and cardiovascular medication if they take any. Reference ranges are adapted. The app correlates — after 4-6 weeks — which interventions actually work for their recovery, based on their data. MyEliteHealth does not modify or recommend medication dosages or supplement intake: any pharmacological or nutritional adjustment is the exclusive responsibility of a qualified professional.
Does it replace my judgement as a coach? +
No. The app provides objective data — you provide context, criteria, relationship with the athlete and knowledge of the sport. The best coaches use data to objectify intuitions, not to delegate decisions. MyEliteHealth never says "don't train today", only "your ACWR is high — consider adjusting the load". The final decision is always yours.
What if my athlete doesn't have an Apple Watch? +
Today MyEliteHealth is exclusive to the Apple ecosystem. If your team or client uses Android / Garmin / Polar / Whoop, they cannot yet use the app. The Android version is on the roadmap but without a date. In mixed teams, we recommend introducing MyEliteHealth progressively for athletes who do have Apple Watch.
How much does it cost? What is the business model? +
Free. No subscription. No minimum athletes. No premium tiers. No ads. Amber Muscle's business model does not depend on the end user — the app is the spearhead of our research and clinical validation activity. For you this means: use the tool without commercial constraints.

Start with one athlete.

Download it, activate Coach Mode, invite an athlete (your best client, or yourself as test). In 30 days you will have their Personal Biometric Signature calibrated. The rest is learning what the data tells you.
